The often stated rule that this court will view the evidence in aspects most favorable to the verdict does not apply in cases where the court has directed the verdict, since such a verdict expresses only the opinion of the court as a question of law, not of fact. Hence, where there is a question of fact, the case should go to the jury, and it is reversible error to direct a verdict.
